The Pow! Wow! is where art meets the streets, and for a week starting Sunday, Oct. 22, the public art festival comes to San Jose. Sixteen vibrant murals by local and international artists will be free to view. The goal is to get the community to take in the South Bay city through the lens of public art-making, witnessing the development of the murals and experiencing the city streets as the buildings take on new faces.
