HARTSHORNE — A state audit of the City of Hartshorne has revealed the suspected embezzlement of more than $1.7 million in utility payments and other widespread financial malfeasance. An audit of utility deposit collections and deposits from July 2009 through July 2016 revealed more than $1.725 million in possible missing utility revenues.
