McHENRY – McHenry kicked off the holiday season with the 30th annual Christmas Walk held by the Downtown Business Association. The Saturday event helped bring locals to the downtown area with in-store activities such as face painting and caricature drawings, and the city sponsored trolley rides to different stores. “This is our give-back to the community here,” said Kim Loewe, president of the Downtown Business Association.
