A civilian has been transported to the hospital after a collision with a Houston Fire Department vehicle, police and HFD confirmed Friday morning.According to the Houston Police Department, the vehicles collided at the intersection of South Kirkwood and Richmond around 5 a.m. this morning, when road conditions were still wet, if not covered in a thin veneer of snow.The 911 call dropped at 5:06 a.m.
