A 21-year-old woman from Mackinac Island overdosed on heroin in Pontiac just after 1 a.m. Sunday, requiring two doses of Narcan from a sheriff's deputy, according to the sheriff's office.The Narcan was administered near the main entrance to McLaren Hospital in Pontiac, where the woman's friends had brought her.
