Comment on Phyllis Ann Thompson

CLARKSVILLE, TN/BIG STONE GAP, VA - Phyllis Ann Thompson, 71, passed away on Sunday (Dec. 10, 2017) at Tennova Healthcare-Clarksville in Clarksville, Tenn. She was born and raised in Wise County, Va. and had lived in Clarksville for many years. She retired from AAFES in 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Thompson; son, Dennis Wayne Thompson; her parents, John and Effie (Denny) Mullins; and brothers, Billy Mullins, John Denver Mullins, Monroe Mullins and Clyde Pitman. Surviving are her children, Herbert Thompson, Jr.
