Global bike sharing venture comes to Scottsdale, offers free rides

A third bike-sharing company has launched in Scottsdale and is offering free rides to new customers this month. China’s ofo has launched its rental bikes in Scottsdale with rides costing $1 per hour. Ofo operates in 200 cities in 18 countries including Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas and Washington D.C.
