In the winter of 1999, Loveland’s Molly Bloom finished third in the women’s moguls standings of freestyle skiing’s Nor-Am Cup, a developmental tour that ranks a rung below the top competition of the World Cup, while her brother Jeremy was finishing third in the men’s standings. For Jeremy, at age 16, it was the launch of an exceptional skiing career that would make him a three-time world champion and two-time Olympian.
