A Pleasant Hill high school wrestler was paralyzed from the neck down by a spinal cord injury he suffered during a junior varsity match Wednesday, school officials said. Ryan Joseph, a 16-year-old sophomore at College Park High School, suffered an injury to his neck that left him unable to breathe on his own, school athletic director Jim Keck said.
