A damp and cool Wednesday is expected in the Bay Area before another storm douses the region with more rain Thursday, bringing with it a chance for thunderstorms, forecasters said. Temperatures will be in the upper 50s for most areas, and while the morning will remain slightly chilly, the sun will briefly peek through the clouds during the afternoon, said Will Pi, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
