PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Providence Journal Food Editor Gail Ciampa will be honored on Thursday by the Rhode Island Region of the National Organization of Italian American Women, which proclaims its mission is “to unite and connect women through Italian culture and heritage” while also celebrating the achievements of women of Italian ancestry.
