The case of a Ray Township man accused of killing and dismembering a childhood friend is proceeding slowly as the state Court of Appeals considers a legal issue.Andrew Fiacco, 20, appeared for his arraignment Monday in front of Judge Jennifer Faunce in Macomb County Circuit Court, where a not-guilty plea was entered for him for the death of Stephen McAfee, 19, nearly two years ago.
