Comment on Flood Watch in effect for the Catskills

The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in central New York, Delaware and Sullivan. In northeast Pennsylvania, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Northern Wayne, Pike, and Southern Wayne.The watch is in effect through this 7 p.m. this evening.A large area of moderate to heavy rain will impact the watch area this morning.
