For the teenagers performing, it’s often their first professional, paid theater gig. For their much younger audiences, some not much older than toddlers, it’s often their first theatrical experience, period. That’s the special dynamic at the heart of New Conservatory Theatre Center’s Family Matinee Series, where very young children get introduced to theater by kids not much older than they, which helps make a new art form more accessible.
