Denver-region ICE arrests up 20 percent, but they still remain lower than the national average

Despite a 20 percent jump in Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrests last year, the Denver region was on the lower end of the scale when compared to the rest of the country. The Denver region, which includes Colorado and Wyoming, made 2,746 ICE arrests in 2017, which put it 20th out of the country’s 24 regions, according to data from the Pew Research Center.
