Residents and businesses in Royal Oak are being invited to attend a meeting Tuesday on the city's disaster plan.Royal Oak Police Sgt. Patrick Stanton is in charge of organizing the effort and said the meeting is a federal requirement as part of the city's move to establish a plan to reduce and address hazards in the event of a disaster and qualify for federal relief funds.
