Virginia Lee (Sis) Nottingham Peavler passed away peacefully in her sleep Jan 5, 2018, in League City, TX at age 91. A memorial and celebration of Virginia's life will be held in Kingsport, TN on Saturday, March 24, 2018, on the day she would have turned 92, at 1:00 pm in the chapel at First Broadstreet United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to First Broadstreet United Methodist Church, 100 E Church Circle Kingsport, TN 37660 or to the charity of your choice.
