Comment on Barbara Willis Starnes

GREENEVILLE - Barbara Willis Starnes, 78, of Greeneville, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018, at Takoma Regional Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law: Steve and Paula Cox, Marty Cox, all of Greeneville; grandchildren: Candice Cox Jones of Erwin, Christopher Cox of Greeneville; great grandchildren: Kaylee Peters, Clairiana Jones, both of Erwin; sister: Shirley Brookshire of Kingsport; several nieces and nephews; and a special dog: Chance. She was the daughter of the late Claude and Eva Willis and was preceded in death by a brother, John Willis. A Celebration of Life will be held 7-9 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
