‘The Bridge’ Heads To Asia After Endemol Shine Strikes Deal With SVOD Service Viu

The Bridge, the Scandinavian drama that spawned the eponymous Diane Kruger-fronted series for FX, is getting an Asian adaptation after SVOD service Viu commissioned a remake. The deal, with Endemol Shine Group, marks the fifth local version of the crime drama, following remakes set in the U.S./Mexico, UK/France, Germany/Austria and Russia/Estonia.
