NEWPORT — The Zoning Board of Review unanimously approved Monday night the sale of prepackaged sandwiches, salads, soft drinks and coffee and tea in the Chinese Tea House at Marble House, which is located on Bellevue Avenue. The board approved a special-use permit that would allow the Preservation Society of Newport County the use of the tea house.
