WASHINGTON (AP) — A Raytheon Co. employee from California who found a new way to get real-time readings from large laser radars now holds the nation's 10 millionth patent. The White House says President Donald Trump signed the patent Tuesday for Joseph Marron of Manhattan Beach. Large laser radars use reflected light to measure speed and distance.
