TOWN OF WALLKILL — A Town of Wallkill man was charged with breaking into the Chromalloy building at 105 Tower Drive on Friday.Town police responded to a burglary at the business around 1 a.m. and the two officers found that Tomas Ruiz, 39, had unlawfully entered the building, according to a news release from police on Tuesday.Ruiz was charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, and petty larceny, a misdemeanor.Ruiz was arraigned before Town Judge [...]
