NEW CITY – A 21-year-old woman who was a passenger in a Jeep Wrangler driven by a Monroe man died in a crash Saturday night, Clarkstown police said.Police said the crash happened around 10:30 p.m. on Mark Lane in the hamlet of New City.Police did not identify the driver or passenger.According to police, the woman was ejected from the Jeep after it struck a parked dump truck.
