REVIEW: U.S. premiere of Pink Floyd opera a visual spectacle

One thing is certain: “Another Brick in the Wall,” the new opera fashioned after Pink Floyd’s album “The Wall,” is neither Puccini nor Pink Floyd. Cincinnati Opera presented the United States premiere on Friday of “Another Brick in the Wall,” based on Pink Floyd’s 1979 concept album “The Wall.” A never-ending visual spectacle of amazing projections and dramatic staging, the $3.2 million production nevertheless couldn’t reconcile the “sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll” nature…
