It seems to me that any community would be thrilled to have a resource like the Winchester Boat Club. Let’s take stock. The club provides recreation, swimming and sailing lessons for 300 Winchester families, engaging ~600 kids in summer programs. It provides employment to dozens of Winchester teenagers - many in their first jobs.
