LOS ANGELES — Already down 6-0 in the fourth inning of the series opener against the Dodgers on Monday, things went from bad to worse for Colorado. All-star shortstop Trevor Story exited the game in the middle of his at-bat in the fourth inning, visibly grimacing after swinging through a 2-1 changeup from Hyun-Jin Ryu. It appeared to be an arm or wrist injury — possibly first suffered from a diving play on defense earlier in the game — and Story was examined by trainer Keith Dugger and manager Bud Black before being lifted from the game for Pat Valaika. This story will be updated.
