Comment on Kingston man charged with felony drunk driving

ULSTER – A Kingston man was charged with felony drunk driving on Sunday.Town of Ulster police said patrol officers saw a vehicle being driven on Sawkill Road around 4:30 a.m. Sunday that was unable to maintain its lane, and stopped it.Police said the officers determined the driver, Jose A.
