Justin Schneider pleaded guilty to felony assault but was only sentenced to two years in jail, with one of those years were suspended and the other is counted as served from the year he spent at home on an ankle monitor pending trial. A group of Alaska residents are working to unseat the judge who gave Schneider what they see as a lenient sentencing.
