Grand Teton National Park’s breathtaking centerpiece Jenny Lake remodeled to be less confusing

Twenty-one years ago, only two days after I moved to Wyoming, my mom and I got lost on the western shore of Jenny Lake. This should have been difficult to do as Jenny Lake was, and is, the most visited spot in Grand Teton National Park. Also, while the park manages the lake’s western shore as wilderness — meaning it doesn’t have amenities like the small market, visitor center and tent campground that the lake’s south end has — it does have trails, signs and a boat dock.
