Cops arrested a man after he attacked two seniors and tried to rob them in Manhattan, according to police sources. Sean Ragland, 33, was taken into custody Monday for the alleged incidents. Both happened within several minutes of each other near Bleecker St & 7th Ave S, the sources said.
