Camas police say a juvenile driver was at fault for hitting a bicyclist Wednesday morning. Police and Camas-Washougal Fire responders were dispatched about 8:30 a.m. to Northeast 15th Avenue and Division Street for a report of an injury traffic crash. The caller reported that a vehicle struck a child on a bike, according to emergency radio traffic monitored at The Columbian.
