JOHNSTON -- Johnston police on Friday arrested a Providence woman on a charge that she stole a package from the front step of a Custer Avenue home.Miosoty Rios, 25, was charged with one misdemeanor count of larceny. Police said the “porch pirate” was caught on camera stealing a package in late November.
