For eight years, Kids Footstop has supplied Winchester families with kids' sneakers, boots, sandals, and shoes of all kinds for all ages. But in the past two years the sales have dwindled and the store started seeing fewer shoppers, said the store’s owner Eric Keough.Keough tried updating the inventory and marketing the store to the residents, but his efforts didn’t boost the business enough to for it to stay viable.
