Donald Trump is moving forward with the construction of his controversial border wall, even if it means sidestepping important environmental laws. The federal court ruled that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has the power to wave environmental laws in the construction of the border wall, including the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act and the Clean Air Act.
