Police have identified the 47-year-old Citi Bike rider shot dead Saturday outside a Brooklyn housing complex as ex-con Deshawn Smart. Smart was found at about 9:30 a.m. behind the Marcy Houses building at Marcy and Park avenues in Bedford-Stuyvesant, police said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
