Report: Pilots raced for manuals as plane went down

New details about Lion Air's Boeing 737 Max 8 October crash in Indonesia report the flight crew frantically searched manuals as the plane went down. Now Bloomberg is reporting a Lion Air flight crew experienced the same "nose down" effect just one day before that October Crash. CNN's Melissa Bell analyzes the report.
