A Queens man was arrested after he stabbed another man the eye with a stolen knife outside a Brooklyn bodega early Saturday morning, officials said. Terrell Herring, 28, went behind the counter of a store on Broadway near Dekalb Avenue in Bushwick at about 1:40 a.m. and grabbed a knife, according to police.
