Downtown Minneapolis has a few dozen restrooms that are open to the public. Leaders at the Downtown Improvement District wants to expand that figure to 100 — and landlords, they want yours to be on that list. The Star Tribune reports on the push by the DID — the business-led group that's managed by the Downtown Council — which is calling on building owners to scrap the "No Public Restrooms" signs and allow anybody to use the facilities.
