Review: This former food truck serves wild boar Cubans and kangaroo burgers in an old Berkeley auto shop

By Daliah Singer, Special to The Denver Post Colorado is home to its fair share of wildlife — elk, deer, bison, bears, rattlesnakes. The list is long. You’ll find many of them (bears not included) on the menu at 10-month-old Barbed Wire Reef. The Berkeley restaurant, which originated as a bright orange food truck back in 2011, is known for its exotic surf-and-turf-inspired menu.
