Did Eric Holder’s ‘threat’ to John Durham amount to obstruction of justice?

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, who ran the Justice Department like it was a division of the Democrat Party instead of the nation’s premier law enforcement agency, penned an op-ed in the Washington Post Wednesday that could certainly be seen as a threat to U.S. Attorney John Durham. Holder, who was held in contempt of Congress for refusing to honor lawful subpoenas for information about the “Fast and Furious” gun-running scandal but was let off the hook by a federal judge Obama appointed, claimed that current AG William Holder is “unfit” to hold his office because he deigned to disagree...
