If the original Women’s March in 2017 was fueled in large part by outrage and frustration over the election of President Donald Trump, the fourth edition Saturday — much smaller but no less passionate — had a full-circle feeling. As Trump faces re-election in November and an impeachment trial in the Senate next week, mothers and daughters and entire families, many of them repeat attendees, joined to voice their hopes for political change.
