Police arrested a 21-year-old man Saturday afternoon in connection with a shooting and stabbing that occurred earlier that morning in Gardiner. Dylan Ketcham of Gardiner has been charged with elevated aggravated assault and is being held at the Kennebec County Jail, state police spokesperson Stephen McCausland said. One man was shot and another man was stabbed early Saturday morning.
