Broncos defensive end Shelby Harris agrees to one-year contract to remain with team

Thought to be unlikely when free agency opened last week, defensive end Shelby Harris agreed to a one-year contract late Friday night to remain with the Broncos. According to a source, Harris talked with coach Vic Fangio on Thursday about Harris’ role if he opted to stay with the team. The contract is worth $2.5 million guaranteed and incentives can carry it above $3 million.
