Police surveillance cameras help West Hartford police find woman charged in fatal hit and run of man skateboarding home from job

A woman who is accused of running down and killing a Hartford man who was skateboarding home from his job at the Bishop's Corner McDonald's told police she thought she hit a road cone, but told her insurance company she hit a deer. Hartford's camera system helped West Hartford police find Sharon Esson, who was charged with evading responsibility in the death of 19-year-old Isaac Alvarez.
