Appearing on Oscar-winning cinematographer Roger Deakins' podcast Team Deakins, Matrix sequels cinematographer Bill Pope explained how Stanley Kubrick influenced the films' directors, the Wachowskis, which in turn made for a grueling back-to-back production for both cast and crew.
