John Wick 5 has been announced during Lionsgate's earnings call with the current plan to film back-to-back with John Wick 4 starting early 2021. Lionsgate CEO John Feltheimer says both films are in the scripting stage and they hope to have John Wick 4 ready for Memorial Day weekend in 2022, according to Deadline. “We’re also busy preparing scripts for the next two installments of our John Wick action franchise, with John Wick 4 slated to hit theaters Memorial Day weekend 2022," Feltheimer said on the earnings call.
