Mitch McConnell confirms that Senate will vote on Trump's nominee to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg

C-SPAN Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell confirmed that the Senate will vote on a nominee to replace Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Ginsburg, 87, died of cancer on Friday, setting up a high-stakes battle in the Senate to confirm her replacement with the 2020 presidential nomination looming in 46 days. In 2016, McConnell took the opposite tack when Justice Antonin Scalia died, refusing to hold confirmation proceedings for President Obama's nominee Merrick Garland.
