Coronavirus in Oklahoma: Livegrass Butcher + Bistro shutters to recalibrate for COVID-19 conditions

By Dave CatheyMonths after the coronavirus landed on the verge of its grand opening, Livegrass Butcher + Bistro has suspended operations.Founder Mark Goss said he and his wife Susan will spend some time reading the COVID-19-affected marketplace in search of another way to introduce their livestock from Pecan Valley Ranch.Final day of service was Saturday, following the resignation of chef Joshua Valentine on Friday.Goss said the shutdown will be temporary.“We’re looking at several options right now,” Goss said by phone on Monday.Read more on NewsOK.com
