It sold for a roughly 46% discount from its original asking price of $65 million. The 8,000-square-foot penthouse is located in the same Manhattan building where late actor Heath Ledger lived before his death. The loft was thoroughly renovated over four years and is filled with oversized windows and skylights. It comes with six landscaped terraces and a hot tub.
