SEC admits it should've reviewed kickoff in Ole Miss-Auburn, but still fines Lane Kiffin

Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin was fined $25,000 by the SEC on Monday despite the league admitting it was wrong to not review the kickoff against Auburn.
